Who Can Purchase? (B2B Only)

Incident Policy

If a customer discloses or indicates human or animal use of supplied products, or requests guidance on administration, we will: immediately cease supply; document the interaction in full; terminate the account; and retain records in accordance with our legal obligations. We will cooperate fully with any UK regulatory authority investigation.

Purchaser Responsibility

Purchasers are solely responsible for ensuring that any acquisition, handling, storage, and use of our products complies with all applicable laws and regulations in their jurisdiction, including any institutional health and safety requirements.
