Cancellation Rights
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you may have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery. To exercise this right, you must notify us in writing at info@ukwholesalepeptides.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

Exclusions

Due to the nature of research compounds — which may be perishable, require specific storage conditions, or be sealed for research integrity — we are unable to accept returns of:

—Products that have been opened or removed from sealed packaging
—Products that require temperature-controlled storage once dispatched
—Products where the seal or integrity has been compromised

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged item or an incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@ukwholesalepeptides.com with photographic evidence. We will arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving and inspecting the returned items (where applicable). You are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
